Attorney David Reyes has a truly unique background.
During law school, David Reyes was a law clerk for a Federal District Court Judge. He was on the National Mock Trial Team and completed the Attorney General clinical program. After graduating from Boston College Law School, Mr. Reyes became a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He worked in several states conducting a variety of criminal investigations. After his career as a Special Agent, he was an Assistant Hennepin County Prosecutor and then an Assistant United States Prosecutor. He is now the managing criminal defense attorney for Sabby and Reyes Law Office.
David Reyes has substantial courtroom trial experience ranging from DWI/DUI and traffic cases to complex State and Federal criminal cases. He has successfully tried hundreds of cases. He has argued before the Eighth and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has interacted with a variety of government agencies over the years.
He is highly regarded and respected among his peers, judges, and court staff personnel. Through Minnesota’s highly competitive judicial selection process, David Reyes has been selected as a finalist and semi-finalist.
